Who We Are

Women Empowering Women Financial Services is a council of executive women from the top 20 U.S. banks, servicers, and lenders that work together to identify solutions for positive change and develop opportunities for female professionals through collaboration, mentorship, and education.

Our Mission

The women of WEW strive to support one another through peer-to-peer collaboration and help other women succeed both internally and externally at their organizations. Our goal is to ensure we expand the boardroom to have more females at the table, create an atmosphere of diversity and inclusion, and establish the building blocks for future generations of women to be empowered in the workplace.
